On September 26, 2025, the launch ceremony for the international cooperation program on the “Materials Service Safety Assessment Facilities (MSAF)" was successfully held at the National Center for Materials Service Safety (NCMS), University of Science and Technology Beijing(USTB). The international cooperation program is a forward-looking plan that aims to bring together global resources to address the common challenges in materials service safety.
USTB has achieved a series of accomplishments in the construction of "Materials Service Safety Assessment Facilities" (MSAF) and will further advance research and enhance experimental capabilities through international collaboration in the future.
Following the launch ceremony, Prof. LYU Zhaoping, vice president of USTB, presented Excellent Oral Presentation Awards to graduate students from Korea who participated in the "2025 NCMS Youth International Academic Forum on Material Service Safety."
