On June 25, 2025, National Center for Materials Service Safety (NCMS) held the inaugural meeting of the user committee for the High-temperature & High-pressure test facilities. The attendees include nineteen members comprising representatives from entities such as China Datang Corporation Science and Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd.
The High-temperature & High-pressure test facilities conduct evaluation of materials and components used in power plants by simulating the service conditions of tubular components and materials in sub and supercritical water environments. The user committee aims to strengthen collaboration with industry, research institutes, and other application sectors to promote technological innovation and industrial upgrading.
