From October 2021 to January 2022, in order to investigate the mechanical performance degradation caused by corrosion during the service life of sewage pipes, a series of destructive loading tests on full-scale reinforced concrete pipes with varying corrosion defects were carried out by the Special-Regional sub-project team. This research work will support the evaluation of service safety and life prediction of urban underground sewage pipes.
